The Beijing Tongzhou Canal Core Area project is located in the canal core area of Tongzhou District, consisting of six plots of land. The project site is adjacent to Xibinhe Road of the North Canal to the northeast, northwest to Beiguan Avenue, southwest to Dongguan Avenue, and southeast to Xinhua Street. The total planned land area is about 18 hectares, including nearly 9 hectares for construction land. The total planned construction scale is about 780000 square meters, of which the above ground construction scale is about 520000 square meters. The project relies on the superior geographical conditions of the canal core area of Tongzhou District and the natural environment of Grand Canal to form another urban model that is unique and suitable for the business district.
