The project aims to achieve certification of Green Building Samsung, LEED Gold, WELL Gold, and near zero energy consumption buildings, with the development concept of "low-carbon, green, and humanistic". The project adopts a passive architectural design, with a solar chimney installed on the north side of the tower and an adjustable floor ventilator. An openable skylight is installed at the top of the chimney, which utilizes the thermal pressure ventilation effect of the solar chimney, Increase natural ventilation in office areas during the transition season. The integrated sunshade and photovoltaic curtain wall reduces air conditioning energy consumption, reduces the temperature of the inner surface of the wall, and improves the thermal comfort of the building. The Lingnan characteristic natural ventilation podium adopts a 1-7 story high design, with an openable skylight at the top, fully increasing the natural ventilation of the podium during the transitional season. After the completion of the project, it will become the first nearly zero energy consumption office building exceeding 150 meters in China, which has important practical significance for achieving the "dual carbon" goal.
