Sanders graduated with a Master's degree in Structure and has been working in the design of curtain walls for 16 years. He has a profound understanding and practice of various curtain wall systems in Europe, the United States, and China, and has rich design experience in special curtain wall structures. After establishing CCAT, he served as the Vice President and Technical Director, responsible for and overseeing the curtain wall design and management of various tall and difficult new projects such as the AIIB, Deji Plaza, and New huanggang Port, and publishing multiple professional papers. Proficient in applying European and American door and window, curtain wall products, specifications, design methods, and research methods. Participated in the compilation of industry standard "Technical Regulations for Prefabricated Curtain Wall Engineering". He has much experience on the special curtain wall system, such as explosion-proof glass curtain wall unit system, explosion-proof frame glass curtain wall system, corner type cable type glass curtain wall system, fireproof and explosion-proof daylighting ceiling, etc.
